All our apparel are in Asian sizes, which tend to be about two sizes smaller than EU/US/UK sizes. Please consider to choose 2 sizes up or consider our height and weight suggestions in the size chart when shopping.
We also provide free service for every customer to help find the right size on each item. Simply add your measurements (generally height and weight) to the NOTE section on your order, and we will check if it’s the right size before we ship.
We currently accept PayPal and all major debit or credit cards for all orders.

After placing the order with PayPal and the page is redirected, please click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Cards" to proceed.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may email us for return or exchange it at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your return or exchange must be submitted within 30 days from when your package is received.
Returns/Exchanges generally take 1-3 business days to process after our warehouse gets your package.
After your return/exchange is processed, please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to post onto the original form of payment.
Yes, if you mail an item back to us you will be responsible for the return postage. We highly recommend that you return your item(s) with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for returns/exchange packages lost in the mail.
After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Account" tab.
From there, click your tracking number for more information on your order.

We ship and process orders Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will resume processing and shipping the following Monday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 days from the time the order was placed (regardless of shipping method).

Depending on your location & purchase, your rates may vary. Just the reminder, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, TNT or UPS).

Standard Shipping: around 10-20 business days.
Priority Shipping: around 7-10 business days.
To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier.
CircumToy is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. Customer must pay the returned package shipping cost before CircumToy can reship the order to the updated address.
If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
