Return & Exchange
EASY RETURNS
When sending back your returns, please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition and without showing signs of use or damage in any way.
- Items must not be a final sale order or a custom order.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Figures and apparel on sales are non-returnable except for quality issues.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 50% restocking fee may be applied to sale items returned.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
- Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
- CircumToy is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
EASY EXCHANGE
Exchanges will be processed within 1-4 business days after we've received the exchanged item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not cover return shipping for exchanges.
WHAT'S MORE
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact our service report (service@circumtoy.com) immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a cash refund.
